Do I have to take my Alive multivitamin at the same time every day?
You can take any time you'd like. Your body absorbs some of its vitamins better with food, so you may want to take it with a meal or a snack.
Can you take alive vitamins on an empty stomach?
Multivitamins can come in liquid form, capsules, tablets, chewable tablets or gummies. No matter what form you use, taking multivitamins on an empty stomach can sometimes cause nausea and upset stomach.
Is it okay to eat after taking vitamins?

This may enhance the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal upset, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach.

Since taking Alive I have noticed my urine is bright yellow. Why is this?
Alive multivitamins contain suggested daily amounts of B-vitamins including B2 and B12 which impart urine a bright yellow colour. This is completely harmless and simply means that any excess amount that cannot be stored is excreted away.
