The VH Playlist came into being during the darkest days of the global pandemic, a time of uncertainty, when music supported and held us together, together with the words we shared each weekend.  As we struggled to overcome the adversity of that time, music bonded us and it became a ritualistic, if not important, part of our lives.  Music heals, but music also evokes nostalgia because it is deeply connected with our emotions and memories.

Leaving The VH Playlist in situ here, Going Back becomes another chapter in our lives, a nostalgic chapter where we explore and share our emotions and memories through the medium of music.  Our brains are wired to remember sounds and music often acts as a powerful trigger for memories and experiences, but more than that, music also plays a role in shaping cultural and generational identities.
