Cleanmarine Krill Oil contains Omega 3 fatty acids in the form of phospholipids - the type of fat our cell membranes are made from. This makes them more easily absorbed by the body than the triglyceride form of Omega 3 found in fish oils.

Omega 3 in triglyceride form from fish oils however needs to be broken down by the body and then reassembled in order for it to meet our cell's needs. This is not an efficient process and more Omega 3 fish oil is needed to achieve the same amount of absorption as Krill Oil.

Cleanmarine Krill Oil is beneficial for helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels and may thus help to prevent cardiovascular disease. Recent studies show that using Cleanmarine Krill raises the HDL (good) cholesterol by 14% compared with just 3% when using fish oils. Additionally, there is a marked reduction in triglycerides when compared with fish oils.

Cleanmarine Krill Oil provides a superior of choice of the essential fatty acid DHA which is necessary for brain development and concentration.

Cleanmarine Krill Oil supplies highly absorbable EPA and DHA as well as the powerful antioxidant astaxanthin. DHA is required to support vision and astaxanthin provides an antioxidant shield against retinal damage from UV light.

Omega 3's in Cleanmarine Krill Oil help to support the body's anti-inflammatory processes which helps to reduce joint and arthritic pain as well as helping to ease joint movement.

Dosage: Take one or two Cleanmarine Krill Oil capsules daily.
