Amazing Toblerone Mousse
200 grams Toblerone
5 Tablespoons Water
10 oz Double Cream
2 Egg Whites
Whip the cream so that it forms peaks (not too thick).
Whip egg whites to meringue.
Melt Toblerone and Water in the microwave.
Fold the cream into the chocolate, then fold into the meringue and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
