Directions: For a daily dose of immunity and as a food supplement, adults should take 10 ml (two teaspoons) once daily, and children between 3 and 12 years old should take 5 ml (one teaspoon) daily. For a winter dose or extra support, adults can take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily, and children aged 3 to 12 years can take 10 ml (two teaspoons) twice daily.

What is Black Elderberry?
Elderberry refers to several varieties of the Sambucus tree, which has clusters of white flowers and black or blue-black berries that are packed with phytonutrients. The most common variety is Sambucus nigra, also known as European elderberry or Black Elderberry.
