The charge for this service is £2.50. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery
The charge for this service is £6.75. Order by 3.30 pm previous day (excluding Friday, Saturday ,Sunday and Bank Holidays).

EU & Ireland Orders:
The charge for this service is £7.95. We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered are excessively heavy.

International Orders:
We offer a flat rate international P&P charge of £12. We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered are excessively heavy.

Telephone orders
There is a £3.50 delivery charge for orders processed by telephone. If you need assistance placing your order by telephone please phone 0800 3898 195 (freefone). Our operators are properly trained and will be able to assist you in your choices. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Overseas Orders
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the price to the flat rate charges,possible, destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.

Deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Our Royal Mail Special Delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you and we will always require a signature on arrival. Our charges to you cover all postage packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.

How can I pay for goods and services over the web?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Solo and American Express accept Visa Electron or Solo for purchases on this site. Like any other shop we require full payment for all purchase and transport costs before goods can be released.

Paying by Cheque
We accept company and personal cheques. If you wish to pay by cheque, this will need to be cleared before we dispatch the goods. This usually takes a minimum of three working days. Please do not send cash or postal orders for mail order purchases. There is a £2.00 handling charge for all orders processed via cheque and please add this to cost of your order. Product Variations
Because of our large range and the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock and if appropriate will recommend an alternative. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns policy
We operate a “no quibble” returns policy, but we do request that wherever possible all orders are returned to us within 14 days of receipt if deemed unsuitable. It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. You must follow our instructions for returning goods (see below).
