Solgar Vitamin C 1500mg with rose hips contains the water-soluble vitamin C sourced from rose hips and from acerola. Rose hips and citrus fruits naturally contain vitamin C combined with bioflavonoids which enhance absorption and bioavailability of vitamin C.
Vitamin C displays antioxidant properties and is required in numerous processes within the body including tissue growth and repair. Since vitamin C is not stored by the body, it needs to be replenished on a daily basis either through diet or by supplement intake.
