The Bathing Ingredient That Could Fend Off Colds

If this week’s drop in temperature is anything to go by autumn has most certainly arrived.     My blood pressure is normal but I do take Flecainide for ventricular ectopics would this preclude bathing in ginger?

    Hi Sarah, I do not believe that the increase circulation in the body with ginger baths or sipping some tea is going to have a detrimental effect. It is possible that high strength supplements may have an effect but always best to check with your GP.
