    Moringa is certainly a superfood for which nothing short of a book can do it fair justice. In like fashion, Comfrey, is also a superfood that would require nothing short of a book. And while Moringa has more fiber, it is Comfrey that shines with the higher protein. Comfrey, nicknamed the “world’s fastest protein builder,” is listed in a book by Nancy Bubel, where she refers to serious studies which show amazingly high protein of up to 33%. I have consumed both of these for years and they are truly fantastic superfoods. They are also very easy to grow and exceptionally fast growing.
