Fish Oils

Fish oils are an excellent source of pain relieving and joint-protecting Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Salmon, herring and sardines are good sources of fish oil thanks to a higher fat content that provides more Omega-3 than other fish. People with diabetes should not take fish oil supplements but investigate flax (linseed) oils instead.
