Window Dressing

Window Dressing is a light cream used as a foundation for the eyelids. When topped with Toast Powder, the combo creates a smooth, crease-proof base that acts as an eye shadow magnet to keep colour in place all day and all night. These products are amongst Valerie's personal favourites and she says she can't do make-up without them.
