Magnolia extracts have been shown to physically relax muscles and nerves as well as helping to reduce the levels of stress hormones in the body.
Rhodiola Rosea increases tolerance to various stressors, i.e. mental, physical, and environmental, in part by beneficially modifying the stress response. This herb acts predominantly on the hypothalamus in a way that normalises the manner in which the body responds to stress triggers. Active compounds in this herb may enhance the transportation of mood elevating chemicals into the brain.
Green Tea extracts have been shown to help promote deep muscle relaxation and improve sleep quality due to their ability to promote alpha wave production by the brain. Alpha waves relax the mind and increase mental concentration.

Dosage: Take one capsule twice a day.
Two capsules contain: Relora (proprietary blend of Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense) 500mg, Rhodiola Rosae extract 3% 250mg, L-Theanine 130mg. Other ingredients - Calcium carbonate, Magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule contains HydroxypropylMethylcellulose, Sorbitol, Silicon dioxide. Does not contain sugar, yeast, corn, soy, wheat, gluten, dairy products, artificial colour, artificial flavouring or preservatives.
Not suitable for individuals taking sleeping pills or other mood modifying drugs. Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
