Magic Knickers In a Bottle.

Go Figure is your new best friend for bums, tums and thighs. This advanced formula fights cellulite in three ways: it limits the imbalance between adiposities and pre-adiposities (dips and bumps): it promotes fat breakdown and it reinforces the dermal layer (keeps it all tight).

Go Figure combines 4 active substances for a multi-targeted anti-cellulite and slimming activity containing genistein, the most abundant isoflavone in soya which promotes fat breakdown and limits the expansion of adipose tissue by thickening and reinforcing the dermis. Caffeine promotes fat breakdown. Carnitine accelerates fat breakdown by supporting the transport of fatty acids whilst Spirulina has firming and restructuring properties.

Go Figure

  • Absorbs quickly with no tacky residue
  • Energises the skin with guarana, ginseng and ginger
  • Anti-cellulite plus slimming action: visibly reduces cellulite with multi-targeted slimming activity
  • Stimulates collagen production for firmness
  • Improves skin quality - smoothes and tones

Directions: Apply morning and evening and massage into problem areas using firm hands or No Pain No Gain anti-cellulite massager, until gel has absorbed. Apply with long, smooth, circular strokes moving upwards towards the heart.

Spa@Home Tip
Following a dry body brushing and a shower with Seize The Day, massage in Go Figure anti-cellulite gel with No Pain No Gain anti-cellulite massager. it is extremely important to drink lots of fresh water after an anti-cellulite massage, as it releases various toxins trapped in the tissue into the bloodstream. In order to feel your best and detox after the massage, drink plenty of water.

Is There a Natural Treatment for Hives

Q My daughter suffers with hives – red lumps over her body – when she overheats. Her doctor prescribed an antihistamine, which takes out the itch but not the lumps. A I used to get similar weals from monosodium glutamate, which is often added to Chinese and Thai foods... read more

The Glam Guide to Spring

I always feel a bit penned in towards the end of March. Spring hasn’t quite arrived on our doorsteps and, feeling cooped up after what seems like months of snow, sleet and rain, I like to make a list of all the places I’ll visit when the sun comes out. A Little Glamorous Black Book of places to... read more

Summer Legs

Ah, summer days. How gloriously sun-drenched. How carefree. Carefree, that is, unless you have ‘leg issues’. From late September through till mid-spring, of course, anyone who feels theirs are less-than-show-offable can retreat into opaque tights, and nobody’s any the wiser. But come shorter hemlines and days when even 10 deniers... read more

Stress and Injury

There can be no doubt that the positives of an active lifestyle far outweigh any negatives, but unfortunately with any training and exercise comes a risk of injury. We’ve written articles in the past on combating low energy and motivation levels but there is surely no obstacle more frustrating than injury. There is never a good time to pick up an injury, but more often than not... read more

Common Foot Complaints

You would be utterly surprised at the number of "everyday" skin conditions which can affect the skin and nails of the feet and with this in mind I have been working on the formulation of a new Hygiene Cream for feet to address many of these everyday conditions. The hygiene cream launch coincides with the celebration by Margaret Dabbs Clinics of ‘World Foot Health Awareness Month’ in May and is a must-have in any bathroom cabinet... read more

Tomato Beauty

In the 16th Century, tomatoes were given the name ‘love apples’. The story goes that the Spanish conquistadors, returning home from Peru, brought with them a new and delicious plant from which could be harvested the most luscious, juicy, vibrantly coloured fruit. Some Europeans thought it poisonous. (It is, after all, a member of the... read more

Free Your Breath

Through all the years I’ve been trying to stay healthy by eating well, exercising, taking vitamins, attempting to meditate, it’s only now I really understand that breathing properly is the simplest trick most of us miss in the equation. We can be forgiven of course, as it’s something we all do automatically - approximately 12-18 times a minute of every day. We don’t have to give it a second... read more

Gill meets Margaret Dabbs

What was the inspiration that drove you to launch Margaret Dabbs, London? I was working as a Podiatrist in my own Clinic in Central London and I felt the need to treat feet the way I wanted mine to be treated. I wanted them to feel good, but also to look good, and I set about creating treatments that did just that! It really wasn’t... read more
