Two capsules twice daily.
Per Capsule: Alpha Linolenic Acid 700mg (flax,black currant oil), Oleic Acid 295mg (flaxseed, safflower, pumpkin seed and black currant oil), Linoleic Acid 250mg (flaxseed, safflower, pumpkin seed and black currant oil), Gamma Linoleic Acid 25mg (black currant seed), Soya Lecithin 200mg, Vitamin E 20iu. Other ingredients - gelatin, glycerin, purified water, St John's bread and titanium dioxide.
