The Don’t Bite Me! Patch is a revolutionary all-natural insect repellent. Don’t Bite Me! Patch is a transdermal skin patch containing the active ingredients, Vitamin B1, (Thiamine Hydrochloride) and Aloe Vera. These ingredients are contained within a pressure-sensitive, latex-free acrylic adhesive, and when applied to a dry, hairless part of the body, are absorbed into the blood stream. The Don’t Bite Me! Patch should be used to repel biting insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, chiggers, gnats, sand fleas and no-see-ums. Each Don’t Bite Me! Patch is for single use only, safe for children, DEET free, waterproof and lasts for 36 hours.

Apply one patch to a clean, dry, hairless area two hours before exposure to biting insects. Do not remove patch from skin until protection from biting insects is no longer needed. Additional patch may be needed if weight is over 200 pounds, travelling to heavy infested areas, smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol beverages.

The Most Common Summer Holiday Problems Solved

Eat Like a Yogi

Staying at an ashram in the Himalayas taught me a lot about eating. Not just the food itself, but how and why we eat the way we do, and the impact on our emotions and bodies. In the run up to my trip, I read on the ashram’s website that they follow a ‘Sattvic’ diet. I had no idea what that meant, but the list ... read more

The Great British Beach Tan

British beaches are wonderful. I know; I happen to live 250 yards from one. Shingle. Seagulls. Blistering sunshine. (Yes, really, on a good day – and you can read my guide to my hometown here.) Now, Club 55/St. Tropez, Hastings beach is not. I can’t think of anywhere on our coastline, actually, where you have to worry about... read more

Common Foot Complaints

You would be utterly surprised at the number of "everyday" skin conditions which can affect the skin and nails of the feet and with this in mind I have been working on the formulation of a new Hygiene Cream for feet to address many of these everyday conditions. The hygiene cream launch coincides with the celebration by Margaret Dabbs Clinics of ‘World Foot Health Awareness Month’ in May and is a must-have in any bathroom cabinet. It is particularly good for feet that suffer... read more
