Astragalus acts as a tonic to protect the immune system. It aids adrenal gland function and digestion, increases metabolism and stamina. Good for colds, flu and immune-deficiency related problems. A healthy immune system protects the body against numerous pathogenic bacteria and viruses preventing cold sores, bacterial and viral infections, apart from helping to respond to various allergens, whether airborne or from food. We would recommend Astragalus should be taken from the first day of Autumn until the first day of Spring.
Caution: Should not be taken if fever is present.

Dosage
One capsule twice a day with water.
