The first step for optimal health is ensuring that there are no nutritional deficiencies within the body. Today's foods do not have the nutritional value because of several reasons but crucially they are modified, artificially sprayed to retain their appearance and are invariably days old with a subsequent loss of their nutritional value. All Natural Perfectly Balanced contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, green foods such as blue green algae, chlorophyll and spirulina, together with liver cleansing herbs and probiotics all in one easy to use supplement. All this and more is present in a therapeutic dose with food state nutrients ensuring maximum availablity to the body.
All Natural Perfectly Balanced does not contain any added iron except for what is naturally present in the green foods and thus does not cause gastric irritation. It is especially valuable for "hyper" metabolic conditions such as hyperthyroidism.

Nutritional deficiencies account for a lot of concerns ranging from a compromised immune system through to low energy and the importance of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients is crucial in the optimum functioning of the body.

Is There a Natural Treatment for Hives

Q My daughter suffers with hives – red lumps over her body – when she overheats. Her doctor prescribed an antihistamine, which takes out the itch but not the lumps. A I used to get similar weals from monosodium glutamate, which is often added to Chinese and Thai foods... read more

The Glam Guide to Spring

I always feel a bit penned in towards the end of March. Spring hasn’t quite arrived on our doorsteps and, feeling cooped up after what seems like months of snow, sleet and rain, I like to make a list of all the places I’ll visit when the sun comes out. A Little Glamorous Black Book of places to... read more

Summer Legs

Ah, summer days. How gloriously sun-drenched. How carefree. Carefree, that is, unless you have ‘leg issues’. From late September through till mid-spring, of course, anyone who feels theirs are less-than-show-offable can retreat into opaque tights, and nobody’s any the wiser. But come shorter hemlines and days when even 10 deniers... read more

Stress and Injury

There can be no doubt that the positives of an active lifestyle far outweigh any negatives, but unfortunately with any training and exercise comes a risk of injury. We’ve written articles in the past on combating low energy and motivation levels but there is surely no obstacle more frustrating than injury. There is never a good time to pick up an injury, but more often than not... read more

Common Foot Complaints

You would be utterly surprised at the number of "everyday" skin conditions which can affect the skin and nails of the feet and with this in mind I have been working on the formulation of a new Hygiene Cream for feet to address many of these everyday conditions. The hygiene cream launch coincides with the celebration by Margaret Dabbs Clinics of ‘World Foot Health Awareness Month’ in May and is a must-have in any bathroom cabinet... read more

Tomato Beauty

In the 16th Century, tomatoes were given the name ‘love apples’. The story goes that the Spanish conquistadors, returning home from Peru, brought with them a new and delicious plant from which could be harvested the most luscious, juicy, vibrantly coloured fruit. Some Europeans thought it poisonous. (It is, after all, a member of the... read more

Free Your Breath

Through all the years I’ve been trying to stay healthy by eating well, exercising, taking vitamins, attempting to meditate, it’s only now I really understand that breathing properly is the simplest trick most of us miss in the equation. We can be forgiven of course, as it’s something we all do automatically - approximately 12-18 times a minute of every day. We don’t have to give it a second... read more

Gill meets Margaret Dabbs

What was the inspiration that drove you to launch Margaret Dabbs, London? I was working as a Podiatrist in my own Clinic in Central London and I felt the need to treat feet the way I wanted mine to be treated. I wanted them to feel good, but also to look good, and I set about creating treatments that did just that! It really wasn’t... read more
